Maryland & DC Society of Pathologists Trainee Grants

 

The Maryland & DC Society of Pathologists is dedicated to supporting the professional development of pathology residents and fellows training within the state of Maryland. We provide grants to help cover travel expenses for attending national conferences, symposiums, and educational events. These grants are aimed at ensuring that Maryland-based trainees can take advantage of key learning and networking opportunities across the U.S.

Eligibility

  • Pathology residents and fellows actively training in Maryland or DC.
  • Applicants must be attending or presenting at a national conference or educational event relevant to pathology.

What the Grants Cover

  • Travel expenses, including airfare, accommodation, and conference registration fees for national events within the U.S.

Grant Amounts

How to Apply

  • Applications are accepted year-round, but it’s best to submit your application at least three months before your event.

  • A letter of recommendation from your program director or faculty mentor.
